Only applicable commission fees and listing fees will be charged to the credit card on file. All personal information will be held strictly confidential and will not given out, shared, or used for any purpose other than to collected applicable charges associated with listing and selling items on BiblioBid.com.
- Register under your true name using a valid email address.
- Refrain from sending unsolicited email (spamming) users of this site. Spamming will result in the immediate termination of your account.
- Refrain from artificially inflating the price of your item by bidding on the item yourself.
- When selling an item describe it accurately and respond to bidder's questions in a timely manner.
- When selling an item to conclude the sale with the highest bidder.
- When selling package items securely and ship in a timely manner.
- When buying an item to purchase the item upon receiving notification that you are the highest bidder and pay for the item using one of the methods described in the item listing.
- Not to compile a list of email addresses of users of this site for the purpose of solicitation (see item 4 on spamming).
- Agree to list only books, items directly related to books or book binding, stamps and other ephemera (paper collectibles). Refrain from listing any adult (i.e. X-rated) materials containing hard core pornography. The listing of Pornography or items clearly not related to books, book binding, or stamps & ephemera may result in the immediate termination of your account.
- Hold the owners (Bibliomania & BiblioBid) of this site harmless from all claims arising out of any dispute between a buyer, seller or any other user of this site. We serve as an agent to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. In no way may the owners of this site be held liable for improper use by users.
